feat(language): 添加多语言支持和文件关联管理器

- 新增 FileAssociationManager 类，用于管理文件扩展名与程序的关联 - 添加多语言支持，包括中文（简体、繁体）、英文、日文等 - 新增语言配置文件，定义了各种界面文本和提示信息 - 实现了在不同操作系统（Windows、macOS、Linux）上的文件关联功能
